There’s nothing better than hitting the pavement on a blue sky day or cool evening. Running has been an enjoyment in my life as it makes me feel more energetic, lighter and leaves me with more mental clarity.

Among other things, music is my ultimate motivator, the one thing I can’t live without. Always rearranging my life around music festivals because who wouldn’t want to be around that kind of energy. I love surrounding myself with good people and good vibes.

I grew up with dance and miss that aspect of strength and discipline. However, fitness itself is always something I’ve had to work on. Teaching is something new for me but I’m equally excited to meet new faces and grow with others though this new opportunity in the community of fitness and health. Challenge accepted!
